Heat Map Solutions

Heat Map Solutions are used to specify the application(s) in which heat map functionality can be used. The following default options are available. If needed, more options can be added or existing options can be removed or renamed:

• AUDIT
• CAPA
• CHANGE
• COMPLAINT
• NC
• OOS

User Rights

The above options are configured under SmartSolve’s List Manager. The following rights must be assigned to a user to manage or view the List Manager:

Rights	Description
LST_MANAGE	Allows the administrator to access the List Manager workspace.
